The SEC Reporting Manager will handle external SEC financial reporting, including preparation of US GAAP financial statements for Form 20-F and 6-K filings, lead the XBRL tagging process, collaborate with various departments for accurate internal reporting, and assist in analyzing technical accounting matters such as revenue recognition and stock compensation.
