The Transaction Specialist will support and facilitate transactions involving the acquisition and divestiture of wind, solar, and storage projects and portfolios. This role includes transaction administration and client interaction.

Take ownership of the FP&A function, define and optimize processes and team structure, support executive decision making, conduct financial planning and analysis, set and track KPIs, support fundraising efforts.
