The Product Manager will lead and grow the internal experimentation program, enhance tooling and standardized processes, and foster a culture of continuous discovery using Opportunity Solution Trees. Responsibilities include managing the experimentation platform, developing governance policies, enabling and educating teams, and advocating for experimentation across the organization.

The CMF and Product Developer will support the Director of Product Development in creating and expanding product lines, managing project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market needs. This role requires creative problem-solving to drive product innovations and improve sales and market share.

The Product Owner collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize product features, manage the backlog, and ensure alignment with business value. Responsibilities include developing KPIs, creating actionable user stories, participating in Agile ceremonies, and monitoring product health while partnering with User Experience teams.
