The Quality Assurance Analyst at Carrot Fertility will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service quality, conduct audits, analyze trends, and generate reports to support continuous improvement efforts within the Operations team.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll partner with Procure-to-Pay business stakeholders to define requirements, lead solution design for finance applications, and enhance existing systems. You'll conduct process assessments, support KPI delivery, and provide training on finance tools.
