Position Location: Austin, TX | New York, NY | San Francisco, CA About the Role
Cloudflare's Brand Marketing team is responsible for increasing awareness, affinity, and preference for the Cloudflare brand. We are looking for a Thought Leadership Program Manager to help manage and support our high-impact executive programs - using owned, earned, and paid channels to create influential and thought provoking engagement with senior leaders at customer organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Own program operations for theNET, a publication dedicated to technology business leaders.
- Maintain, nurture, and grow executive subscriber-base.
- Design integrated programs to engage decision makers in support of marketing priorities.
- Collaborate with Content Writers, Design Studio, Marketing Operations, Web Strategy, and Localization to publish quality content, creative, and program assets.
- Work with Cloudflare executives to bring their voice and insights to life.
- Uphold editorial guidelines and content strategy.
- Deliver measurable results to global stakeholders and use data to inform promotional strategy.
- Own the editorial calendar.
- Collaborate with Email, Social, PR, and Advertising to extend content to owned, earned, and paid channels.
Requirements:
- Expertise in content marketing to influence an executive audience.
- At least 5+ years of content strategy and execution.
- Enterprise B2B technology industry experience, with cyber security a plus.
- Proficiency in organic social media marketing.
- Competency in SEO best practices.
- Experience with a variety of content marketing tools, tactics, and channels. Familiarity with Contentful, Asana, and Figma a plus.
- Organized and results oriented.
Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
- For New York City, Washington, and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $115,000 - $141,000
- For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $122,000 - $149,000
Equity
This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
