The Principal Sales Enablement Specialist develops and assesses onboarding programs, manages projects, collaborates globally, and improves learning programs' effectiveness.
Location: Austin
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, optimize and assess role-based Sales onboarding programs, including OJT and in person onboarding
- Execute with strong program management skills, including creating and monitoring work-plans, managing against milestones, following through with deliverable owners, driving proactive stakeholder communications, and working with the Shared Services team to track program KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across a global, matrixed environment to support the needs of the business
- Facilitate sessions on sales methodology & processes
- Build a strong relationship with the sales organization, working with the Geo teams to meet regularly with leadership to assess the results of onboarding programs Understand industry leading trends in learning strategies and tools
- Develop and analyze success metrics to measure impact and improve learning programs; continuously assess delivery process improvement opportunities
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement
- Direct sales experience strongly preferred
- Excellent program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience building and delivering onboarding programs for sales roles
- Expertise in adult learning principles and training best practices in a high-tech environment
- Experience with sales methodologies and processes, experience with MEDDPICC a plus
- Have an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent Google Workspace skills including Sheets, Slides, Docs and Forms
Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
- For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $187,000 - $228,000.

This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
