That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

  • Be the lead strategist to drive operational efficiencies that ensures consistency across our internal and external talent brand experience. This includes building intentional partnerships across our People function to identify commonalities and cross-overs to build meaningful and impactful programs of work (e.g. Awards Strategy, Onboarding, Benefits).
  • Connect the dots with our key partners across TA Delivery (Recruitment), TA Enablement, People Tech, and DEI, to identify opportunities and build appropriate strategies that strengthen our candidate connections and experience (e.g. talent engagement and nurturing, evolving our candidate experience).
  • Partner closely with all Talent Brand regional teams, playing a consultative role to ensure the successful implementation of your programs/ strategies with appreciation for local market nuances.
  • Work with the implementation teams during post-mortem phases of programs to assess performance of program and align on recommendations for the future.
