The Sr. Analyst will provide support across the Treasury Capital Markets team as we continue to implement and manage both public and private debt issuances as well as return capital to shareholders. They will demonstrate analytical, critical thinking and finance competence to support debt issuances, debt compliance, foreign exchange, shareholder return programs, securitization and additional programs from concept to execution. Responsibilities will include developing, completing and validating reporting and initiating payments for our share repurchase program, foreign currency hedging, SOX compliance and securitization programs. Position requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with our internal (ex. Accounting, FP&A, Legal) and external partners. This role will also play a critical role in investor and bank presentation strategy and creation as well as provide analytical and technical support to ad hoc treasury-related activities as required.

  • Complete analysis of on-going T-Mobile capital markets programs to support decision making on how to improve and streamline execution while minimizing compliance risk.
  • Able to evaluate and effectively lead and support creation of presentations for financing activities for both investors and ratings agencies 
  • Conducts treasury reporting and analysis across various financing programs including cross currency swaps, share repurchase, securitization and SOX compliance activities
  • Conducts ad hoc research and analysis to make recommendations and/or support management decisions

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree (Required)

Work Experience:

  • 4-7 years accounting, finance, business or project management experience (Required).
  • Treasury or Banking experience (Highly preferred).
  • Knowledge of/experience with banking services and products, and accounting concepts and controls. (Preferred)
  • Experience with financial reporting and analytics (Required).
  • Microsoft office required.
  • Project Management (Required)
  • Accounting (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $64,800 - $116,900

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
