The Transformation Office comprises industry-leading professionals dedicated to revolutionizing our internal operations and driving continuous improvements and collaboration across Dynatrace. Our primary focus is on increasing organizational agility & collaboration in support of business growth.
As a Senior Program Manager - Strategy & Operations, you will be a part of our centralized Strategy & Operations Team. Your role will be critical & high visibility, leading cross-functional activities to ensure successful planning, execution, communication, enablement, and success measurement. This role will have the opportunity to partner with our Customer Success organization on high-impact programs & initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, roadmaps, and timelines to achieve project milestones and deliverables
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies, and work with stakeholders to align expectations and deliver expected & timely outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track
  • Communicate and report across all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project status and performance
  • Influence and implement continuous improvements and best practices
  • Become a trusted advisor and partner to your business stakeholders
  • Evaluate and measure program outcomes, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies and decision-making


Candidates within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA/Detroit, MI/Denver, CO/Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid out of our office (2 days per week). All other candidates are able to work remotely. All candidates are required to work EST hours.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree required


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results
  • To expertly drive awareness of the business impact of decisions, risks, and actions
  • Strong interpersonal leadership, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with business process, operations and metrics definition best practices
  • Be a detail- and action-oriented self-starter
  • Experience reporting status and risk to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership

Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $140K - $155K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
