Your role at Dynatrace
Dynatrace is seeking a Business Analyst, who specializes in using statistics, trend analysis and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore and identify and analyze data.
The Portfolio Business Analyst will be responsible for providing data analytics services, creating internal analyses to assess service offering performance, drive recommendations, and inform critical decisions, using insights to serve segment strategy and execution.
This includes working cross-functionally with various key stakeholder organizations to understand key objectives, challenges and questions and concerns. The ideal candidate will have many years of experience working in similar roles at large SaaS or enterprise software companies. The organization will look to this role to standardize common use cases, create the appropriate analytics infrastructure, and automate analyses and dashboards to scale decisions and execution both internally and externally
In addition to analytical rigor the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to work within the organization and with external partners to drive forward portfolio optimization recommendations. The Portfolio Business Analyst will act a strategic cross-functional partner to a GTM segment by providing thought leadership through the execution of advanced data analysis and presentation in the form of actionable insights

Minimum Qualifications

  • Related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
  • 4+ years of combined work experience in analytically-driven roles (e.g. consulting, finance) and / or analytics roles at other mid-to-large scale SaaS Tech organizations
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, including ability to operate in ambiguity and establishing analytical frameworks to apply to business problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively, and craft compelling narratives to influence business and technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Strong organization and execution skills, including ability to operate independently and drive multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously to drive business goals
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
  • Systems proficiency with SFDC, Power BI and experience with SAP and Snowflake
