The Transformation Office consists of industry-leading professionals dedicated to revolutionizing our internal operations and driving continuous improvement and collaboration across Dynatrace. Our primary focus is to increase organizational agility and collaboration to support business growth.
As a Senior Program Manager - Product Launch Lifecycle, you will be a part of our centralized Strategy & Operations Team. Your role will be critical and highly visible. You will lead cross-functional activities to ensure successful planning, execution, communication, enablement, and success measurement of our product launches.
This role will have the opportunity to help implement and mature a collaborative lifecycle to maximize the success of our product launches, thereby helping to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic programs that span across the whole product lifecycle, from concept through launch and measuring success.
  • Tracking and communicating program status, risks, success metrics, and dependencies with the associated business impacts to internal stakeholders.
  • Managing cross-functional, high-priority programs focused on new product capabilities going to market in partnership with Product Managers, Marketing, Post-Sales, Legal, Finance, and other pertinent cross-functional groups.
  • Collaborate with program sponsors to deliver presentations to executive audiences.
  • Influence and implement new processes and best practices, adapting them to culture and fit.
  • Become a trusted advisor and partner to your business stakeholders.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies, and work with stakeholders to align expectations and deliver expected & timely outcomes.


Candidates within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA/Detroit, MI/Denver, CO/Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid out of our office (2 days per week). All other candidates are able to work remotely. All candidates are required to work EST hours.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Experience in product lifecycles and launching new SaaS capabilities.
  • To be an expert at driving awareness of the business impact of decisions, risks, and actions.
  • Strong interpersonal leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with business process, operations and metrics definition best practices.
  • Be a detail- and action-oriented self-starter.
  • Experience reporting status and risk to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.

Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $135K - $155K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
