Partner marketing plays a key role in supporting the Atlassian Solution Partners. You would be responsible for co-creating, executing and measuring marketing plans with partners that support Atlassian and partner objectives. You would work closely with partners and the Channel Sales team to create and execute activities that increase awareness, generate partner leads, and strengthen customer and channel relationships.
This is a full-time role based in your home office. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week. The hours are flexible during the week, hours will need to be worked when you are needed to meet and support partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Be the in-region expert and go to person for ~15 dedicated Solution Partners
- Develop, execute and measure all local partner marketing efforts including to-partner, through-partner and for-partner activities aligned to the Atlassian channel priorities and sales objectives
- Ensure lead generation and demand creation targets for all partner marketing activities are forecasted, planned for and met; this includes establishing lead generation metrics with partners against development fund marketing plans
- Coach and support partners on creating content marketing campaigns & social media outreach
- Support partners in developing their annual marketing plan
- Support channel managers in defining a marketing strategy across all Solution Partners
- Develop and manage local partner engagement activities (e.g. partner events, to-partner communications, partner marketing assessments)
- Measure, analyze and report on partner marketing pipeline activities to determine their contribution to pipeline health and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/ROI
- Onboard new partners to Atlassian's Partner Marketing Center and increase partner usage of the platform
- Work with the internal localization team or agencies on campaign and content translation projects to assure the upmost quality
- Gather feedback from Solution Partners to help us identify what works and what does not and improve constantly our campaigns accordingly based on the Partners feedback
- Actively seek and create joint customer success stories to showcase best practices and demonstrate strong partner relationships
More about you
- Fluent in English
- B2B and partner marketing experience in the assigned region
- Deep understanding of the needs of the assigned market
- Experience in online marketing, and in particular content marketing and social media strategies
- Proven experience in influencing partners and stakeholders
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive and enthusiastic, willing to bring in new ideas on how we can improve
- Strong experience in online and digital marketing with 2 years experience with any marketing automation platform
- Experience with marketing agency coordination/management
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $115,000 - $153,400
Zone B: $103,500 - $138,000
Zone C: $95,500 - $127,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
