Location:

Austin, Texas (in office Monday - Thursday, flexibility on Friday to work from home)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a portfolio of dental practice partners to engage, retain and grow a book of business of accounts on the Torch platform
  • Engage in proactive account management process to ensure high renewal rates and minimize churn (both GMV and logo)
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through product adoption and location expansion
  • Communicate changes, updates, and product roadmaps to accounts
  • Proactively identify account risk and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our practices to ensure high account retention
  • Collect and synthesize practice feedback into insights that can inform and drive the product and business roadmap
  • Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Torch the central ordering platform for our practice partners

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2-4 years of proven success in sales, account management, or customer success within the technology or SaaS industry 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition, probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment
  • Willingness to hustle, roll-up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our partners in order to hit monthly and quarterly revenue, retention, and renewal targets
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze customer needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve
  • Demonstrate time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize based on impact
  • Strong communicator, and comfortable with having significant phone and video call time with customers for relationship management
  • Passionate about building relationships, particularly with small businesses
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment

  • Compensation: $85,000 OTE and $60,000-$65,000 base salary
