Anchorage Digital is seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Lead to empower our institutional sales reps and relationship managers with the training, tools, and insights they need to deliver exceptional client experiences. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will focus on enhancing sales delivery, refining presentation skills, and ensuring alignment of sales resources with our strategic goals. This position will also collaborate closely with Client Experience and Marketing to keep collateral current and optimize messaging as we roll out new features and updates.


We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Sales Enablement Lead role:

Technical Skills:

  • Develop a structured onboarding program for new institutional sales reps and relationship managers, ensuring they are equipped with a thorough understanding of tools, products features, and engagement strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions that support rapid ramp-up and provide refresher courses that keep the team current on effective sales delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive playbooks and role-specific resources for institutional sales reps and relationship managers, covering best practices in prospecting, client engagement, and conversion techniques.
  • Leverage CRM and analytical tools to generate data-driven insights that inform sales strategies and enable the team to target high-impact areas effectively.
  • Create and refine sales scripts, conversation guides, and client messaging frameworks to enable sales reps to adapt messaging seamlessly to various client types and situations.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to improve client interactions, helping sales reps and relationship managers identify and leverage opportunities to convert prospects and deepen client relationships.
  • Design and implement a sales enablement strategy aligned with sales goals and revenue objectives, focusing on both new client acquisition and deeper engagement with existing clients.
  • Track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through key metrics like training completion, ramp-up time, and client engagement improvements.

Organizational Knowledge:

  • Maintain a well organized repository of all sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, product guides, and presentations, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and relevant.

Communication and Influence:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to prioritize enablement needs and optimize resources for maximum impact
  • Enhance the sales team’s presentation and client engagement skills by developing and leading workshops focused on clear, confident delivery and impactful storytelling.

You may be a fit for this role if you:

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, sales, or client success roles, in an institutional crypto or fintech environment
  • Strong project management, training, and presentation skills, with a focus on enhancing sales delivery and storytelling
  • Proficient in CRM (e.g. Salesforce), data analytic tools, and enablement platforms, experience with dashboard creation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, institutional client engagement, and effective client presentation techniques.
