The Sales Enablement Lead will strategize and execute sales enablement programs, create training content, leverage Salesforce, and collaborate with various teams to drive revenue growth.
We are seeking an action-oriented and autonomous Sales Enablement Lead to take full ownership of our sales enablement function. This role is critical in equipping our sales teams with the training, tools, and resources they needed to drive revenue growth and customer success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement strategy and execution, content creation, and Salesforce expertise, along with experience in Microsoft SharePoint for content management and collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of sales enablement programs to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
- Create, organize, maintain, and continuously update all sales enablement materials, including:
- Sales methodology decks to reinforce structured selling approaches,
- Training content and presentations for onboarding and ongoing development
- Competitive battlecards to help sales teams effectively position against competitors,
- Product positioning guides, playbooks, and talk tracks to improve sales effectiveness.
- Leverage strong Salesforce expertise to ensure seamless adoption, reporting, and optimization of sales workflows within the CRM.
- Identify and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align enablement efforts with business objectives.
- Track and measure the impact of enablement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Ensure consistent messaging, best practice sharing, and reinforcement of key sales methodologies across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Proven experience in sales enablement within a B2B or SaaS environment, preferably in a high-growth or technology-driven company.
- Hands-on content creation experience – Ability to independently develop training materials, sales decks, competitive battlecards, and enablement guides.
- Understanding of sales processes, reporting, and CRM optimization to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for content management, team collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Self-starter with strong autonomy-able to take initiative, drive projects forward, and make strategic decisions independently.
- Strong project management skills – ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and execute efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills – able to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable content.
- Data-driven mindset – experience using analytics and KPIs to measure enablement effectiveness.
