Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Your future team
Our Product Marketing team helps guide feature development, builds go-to-market strategies, and executes revenue-generating campaigns. We're hiring a Sr. Product Marketing Manager reporting to Loom's Product Marketing leader. Here, you'll put the customer at the center of our roadmap development, feature positioning, campaigns, communications, and sales enablement.
The Role:
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Loom, you are at the center of driving revenue growth across both our self-serve and sales-led motions. You sit at the critical intersection of our Product, Brand, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams - driving forward our go-to market strategy by being hands-on in roadmap development and go-to market campaigns.
Your role will include bringing a new product to market and partnering with teams across Atlassian.
What you'll do:
- Lead strategy and execution of product launches and go-to market campaigns that take a solutions lens - through high-quality content creation (blogs, videos, support articles, and more), thoughtful competitive research, and valuable internal enablement resources.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and analysis to inform roadmap and product positioning.
- Create sales collateral including sales decks, battlecards, and demos.
- Achieve meaningful results with launches and campaigns.
- Work with teams across Atlassian to represent Loom in integrated campaigns, sponsorships, and events.
- Empower our Sales and Customer Success teams with training and collateral about audiences, use cases, and outcomes.
Your background
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, including enterprise audience programs.
- Portfolio of effective storytelling across web pages, collateral, email, webinars, video scripts, and other diverse formats of content.
- Success with complex project management, working with technical teams, and the ability to host impactful meetings and collaboration sessions.
- You've played a strong role in pricing and packaging decisions and market analysis/competitive programs.
