The Team
As a member of Jira PLG marketing team, you'll be responsible for implementing product-led marketing programs to existing Jira SMB customers to drive adoption, usage, upsell, and expansion efforts. You will work closely with Product Management and Demand Generation to drive alignment around GTM plans, execute campaigns, and stories that effectively articulate the value of Jira to both our technical and non-technical user personas.
Your Role

  • Partner with our customer lifecycle marketing team to drive cohesive customer journeys and campaigns
  • Help influence our go-to-market strategy by bringing market and customer insights to product and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Collaborate with product management to bring the voice of the customer into our roadmap and strategy conversations, aka always being customer-obsessed
  • Be the expert on our solution and use case messaging. Understand when to target customers both in and out of product with those use cases while also building the right assets and messaging that drives them to engage
  • Stay on top of customer, market, and competitive research to continuously shape messaging and campaigns


Your Background

  • 3 and up to 5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
  • An understanding of PLG/Flywheel tactics to execute go-to-market plans across the appropriate mix of channels
  • Ability to write unique and compelling content for a diverse set of personas
  • Be a creative self-starter who identifies key opportunities autonomously and likes to make data-informed decisions
  • Be able to spot translate customer needs and market demand into messaging and content that helps us meet our key results around revenue, adoption, and expansion
  • Thrives on teamwork and experienced in building relationships with peers and stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and more
  • Have worked to deliver campaigns that move the needle and turn heads in the market
  • Experience making data-driven decisions and tracking campaign performance to drive the best results
  • Can translate projects and initiatives into business impact


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $129,600 - $172,800
Zone B: $116,600 - $155,500
Zone C: $107,600 - $143,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
