Job Description

As the Product Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our GoToMarket teams—Sales, Customer Success, Customer Onboarding & Managed Services—are fully equipped to communicate the value of Postscript’s products effectively. You will be responsible for creating enablement programs that ensure our teams understand and can effectively communicate the value of Postscript’s features and products, and drive feature adoption. You will be the go-to expert on the Enablement team for Postscript’s features and products.

You will also manage the inbound integration request process, ensuring that integration opportunities are prioritized and executed efficiently in partnership with Solutions Engineering and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Enablement team’s expert on Postscript’s products and features.
  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure internal teams understand and communicate product value effectively.
  • Create engaging enablement materials, including training decks and internal product documentation.
  • Lead live training sessions on product features, positioning, and usage for GTM teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and GTM Leadership to align training initiatives with feature launches.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to identify and address enablement opportunities for GTM.
  • Manage the inbound integrations request process, prioritizing based on strategic impact.
  • Gather insights from teams and customers to refine enablement resources and training.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance enablement effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years at a SaaS company in product enablement, sales enablement, product marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs for GTM teams.
  • Experience taking product and technical concepts and translating them into high-quality enablement materials and training sessions.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration with people in Product, PMM, Solutions Engineering, and GTM Leadership.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, Gong, and other training tools.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in eCommerce, especially in email/SMS marketing
  • Nice to Have: 1+ year in a customer facing role that required deep product expertise
