PandaDoc is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive product positioning for target customer audiences and sales enablement for both new and existing products. PandaDoc PMMs work across the entire product lifecycle: from helping shape the product based on market and customer insights, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch.

Our ideal candidate is a driven and ambitious cross-functional star who can fluidly operate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and teams across the company to guide enablement and go-to-market success. This is a US-based, fully remote role reporting to the Head of Product Marketing.

In this role, you will:

You craft strong relationships with sales leaders, translate product launches into sales collateral, own the enablement demo environment, translate product positioning into stories for our target customer audiences, and partner with our Revenue and Corporate marketing teams to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Be a storyteller. You have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to best engage your audience with positioning and narratives that differentiate PandaDoc. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Lead with data. You own the ongoing Go-To-Market strategies for existing product areas, such as Notary and eSign, by developing insights and pairing them with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market through our sales and customer success teams.
  • Create standout assets. Your sales enablement content like product trainings, demo scripts, and discovery questions resonates with our sellers and helps them identify high-quality opportunities. You are able to test, iterate, and optimize on this content.
  • Lead cross-functional projects for maximum impact. You are able to lead and mentor those around you. You manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various workstreams across a range of disciplines on track. You rally team members of all backgrounds and disciplines around our products while honoring our values of empathy and fun.

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing with 2+ years in B2B SaaS .
  • An ownership mindset, bias to action, and high agency to take a proactive role in shaping product strategy and customer engagement.
  • Able to balance strategy with execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate technical concepts to AE, AM, and CSM teams.
  • Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation, while maintaining consistent brand voice across a variety of channels.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, to work collaboratively, and to create and improve processes. Willingness to establish best-in-class processes.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
