Modivcare is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager I to join our team! This position is responsible for documenting, tracking, recording, and managing integrated digital marketing programs within a healthcare and/or professional services environment.

This role...

  • Develops and executes digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Manages brand reputation across all digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Analyzes and report digital marketing performance using ROI and KPI metrics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end audience experience across multiple channels.
  • Works cross-functionally with key stakeholders to develop digital marketing strategies, plans and assets.
  • Partners with IT in website maintenance; Sales in CRM and campaign requirements.
  • Works with agency partners to develop formal style guide for digital marketing.
  • Follows and enforces brand guidelines.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Uses website analytics to monitor traffic and engagement trends and recommend improvements
  • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.

We are interested in speaking with candidates with the following...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
  • Seven (7) plus years experience B2B (business to business) digital marketing experience leading and managing the web development, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in HTML and WordPress preferred.
  • Healthcare industry preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong team collaboration skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, processes, and tools, particularly in ESPs.
  • Proficient in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, and WordPress.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with website/email management tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, and Wrike are preferred.

Salary: $82,000 - $94,400
