COORDINATE BUSINESS SEGMENTS AND REGIONAL FIELD ORGANIZATIONS TO HELP DEVELOP & ENABLE THE CHANNEL PROGRAMS STRATEGY, WHILE ORCHESTRATING OPERATIONAL AND INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS THAT MOTIVATE AND EXCITE CHANNEL PARTNERS. WORK ON PROGRAMS SPANNING THE PARTNER LIFECYCLE SUCH AS DEMAND GENERATION, OPPORTUNITY REGISTRATION / MANAGEMENT, RECRUITMENT, DEVELOPMENT, & ENABLEMENT ACTIVITIES / EVENTS. BE FISCALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROGRAM UTILIZATION AND FORECASTING IN THE DEPARTMENT. DRIVE THE PARTNER PROGRAM TO ENSURE THAT THEY BUILD A PROGRAM THAT HAS CHANNEL PARTNERS DELIGHTING CUSTOMERS, AND NOT JUST FOCUSING ON LICENSE SALES. WORK ON THE EVALUATION OF PARTNER CONTRIBUTION AND THE IMPACT MEASUREMENT OF PARTNER SERVICES ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND CUSTOMER LIFETIME VALUE. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, MANAGEMENT STUDIES, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, INTERNATIONAL STUDIES OR RELATED FIELD PLUS 2 YEARS OF RELATED CHANNEL PROGRAMS OR CHANNEL MARKETING EXPERIENCE.
ALTERNATE EXPERIENCE-ONLY REQUIREMENTS: 4 YEARS OF RELATED CHANNEL PROGRAMS OR CHANNEL MARKETING EXPERIENCE.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 10% DOMESTIC TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: MAY TELECOMMUTE.
OFFERED WAGE: $132,288 TO $174,500 PER YEAR
