What you'll do
You will gain experiences in: conducting customer and partner interviews that translate insight into action, reviewing tech specs for completeness and accuracy, researching and presenting competitive analysis and new market/product opportunities, among other projects. You'll design creative solutions to our customer's greatest challenges - we promise you'll never be bored!
Your background

  • Passion for analyzing products, customer needs, and market dynamics
  • Interest in translating customer insights into applicable deliverables for our engineering teams
  • Interest in thinking from multiple perspectives, including our customers and development teams
  • Must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2026
  • Be able to commit to a full-time (40hrs / week) internship
  • This role will be located in the Pacific Time (PT) Zone


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $49/hr - $56/hr
Zone B: $44/hr - $51/hr
Zone C: $41/hr - $47/hr
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
