Job Summary:
As a key member of the Announcement Capture Utility within the Change and Digital Solutions Team, you will lead the charge in redefining our operating model. You will be at the forefront of process and data-promoten change, managing projects at various scales, ensuring project plans are sound and deliverables are met, with a strong focus on the control environment. We are looking for you to promote strategic enhancements and tactical digital solutions, contributing to meaningful change within the firm and the wider community. You will collaborate with global partners, manage projects across regions, and work closely with various teams to deliver impactful solutions. Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global partners to manage projects across processes, applications, and regions.
  • Work with Operations, Digital Solutions, Prod Dev & Tech to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Draft clear business requirements through dynamic collaboration.
  • Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and timelines for all projects.
  • Leverage project management expertise , operational and techn ical knowledge to ensure viable solutions for initiatives.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable and escalate issues timely.
  • Provide status updates and executive reporting as needed.
  • Support implementation initiatives and troubleshoot issues.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 5+ years' experience in financial services.
  • 2+ years operational/project management experience
  • Proven project manager.
  • Operates with a strong Control Mindset.
  • Willingness to learn tools like UI Path, Alteryx, Tableau & Signavio.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and complex troubleshooting methods.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and initiative-driven.
