Using data intelligence, we create trust and deliver better outcomes for consumers and creditors alike.

Our mission is simple: expand access to credit while empowering consumers to achieve lasting stability and control of their financial lives. We’ve mastered outsourced collections by combining best-in-class performance with differentiated consumer satisfaction and superior compliance. And we’re just getting started. Together, we’re creating a financial system where trust and opportunity spark lasting change in people’s lives.

Deliver a Best-in-Class Guest Experience: Ensure that every visitor—including candidates, investors, vendors, and customers—has a world-class experience. Manage all aspects of hospitality, from reception to meeting coordination, ensuring seamless visits and positive first impressions.

Support and Enable ERGs and Inclusive Programming: Act as a key partner for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), enabling them with resources and structure to thrive. Drive inclusive programming throughout the year that celebrates diversity, fosters belonging, and reinforces January’s commitment to an inclusive workplace.

Optimize Workplace Services and Operations: Oversee office amenities such as snack and beverage programs, ensuring they meet employee needs. Manage lunch service, ensuring smooth operations without disruption. Keep swag inventory organized and proactively replenished.

Streamline Travel and Accommodations: Facilitate travel and accommodations for employees as needed, ensuring smooth logistics and a seamless experience. Manage corporate housing, if applicable, optimizing usage and maintaining high standards.

Plan and Execute Onsites and Offsites: Take ownership of all aspects of company onsite and offsite events, including a strategic onsite designed to align the team around the company’s bold new vision while fostering connection. Ensure every event is well-planned, engaging, and aligned with company goals, despite space constraints.

Continuously Improve the Function: Drive thoughtful analysis through surveys and feedback loops to assess the effectiveness of workplace experience initiatives. Implement improvements iteratively, ensuring the workplace experience evolves in alignment with employee needs and company growth.

What We’re Looking For

Experience and Expertise: 5+ years in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, or a related field. Proven ability to manage office operations, events, and culture-building initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strategic Thinker: You anticipate future workplace needs and develop solutions that align with company growth and employee expectations.

Operational Excellence: You effectively manage logistics, vendors, and budgets to ensure seamless execution of workplace services and events.

Creative Problem Solver: You develop innovative solutions to workplace challenges, maximizing impact despite space or resource limitations.

Exceptional Communicator: You engage employees at all levels, fostering a sense of community and trust through transparent, concise communication.

Customer-Centric Mindset: You prioritize the needs of employees, guests, and stakeholders, ensuring every touchpoint enhances the overall workplace experience.

Accountability: You take full ownership of outcomes, proactively improving processes and ensuring a best-in-class workplace experience.

Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced environments, pivoting quickly to address new challenges and opportunities as they arise.
