Overview

Seeking a Vice President who will lead the company’s Pricing and Competitive Intelligence organization. The position will serve as the key executive in developing economic models in support of corporate growth.  

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to understand pricing trends, potential risks, and opportunities for pricing optimization and develop Price-To-Win strategies
  • Collaborate with leaders in Capture, Proposal Operations, Client Delivery, Contracts, and Project Control to create tailored pricing solutions for our clients, prepare RFP responses, and integrate pricing strategies within the firm’s broader operational and technological frameworks.
  • Ensure timely presentation of pricing strategy briefings as well as final proposals.
  • Provide leadership to resources within the Pricing organization.
  • Utilize financial modeling to evaluate pricing structures and their impact on the company’s financial performance, incorporating industry best practices
  • Convey key attributes of winning proposals to Project Control for implementation.
  • Monitor industry dynamics, pricing policies, and government procurement trends to adapt pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and innovation encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years’ experience in PTW analysis, estimating, and competitive assessment including experience on large bid efforts of at least $100M in the Government Contracting Services industry.
  • 5 Years of managerial oversight experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in business, finance, or related area.
  • Excellent ability to evaluate the team's analytical and technical logic on PTW efforts
  • Proactive, self-starter, team player
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Successful experience in collaboration across business areas, e.g. Proposal, Capture, Operations departments, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience with successful financial modeling for proposals in the Health and National Security markets.
  • Experience with successful financial modeling in science research and development, systems engineering and integration, and digital transformation capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate will be within commutable distance of Bethesda, MD, or Atlanta, GA.  Remote work is available; however, given the collaborative nature of the role, availability for frequent in-person events will be necessary.

Basic Compensation: $210,000.00 - $250,000.00 annually

The salary range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The final offer may vary based on skills, experience, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. We do not use salary history to determine compensation, in line with applicable law.
