Job Responsibilities:
Assists with set up and Maintenance of electronic systems which track supplier data and performance. Generally completes the following duties and responsibilities with the support of Supplier Quality Engineers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verify supplier data accuracy in eRFX and work with divisions for any necessary corrections. This includes correct DUNS Numbers, Contacts, and QMS certificates.
• Analyze supplier complaint data in real time to flag underperforming suppliers before scorecard impact.
• Assist with development and implementation of Power App to track Potential New Supplier Requests from Purchasing.
• Assist with implementation of and employee training for the QPF PPAP module at divisions who are implementing for the first time.

Qualifications:

• Some related experience preferred.

Education / Experience

• High School Diploma
• Currently Attending a College or University pursuing a degree in the fields of Quality or Engineering.

Special Knowledge / Skills:

• Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
