The role:
We are seeking an experienced Staff Module Engineer, ServiceNow GRC to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow's GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor GRC applications to meet our business needs and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
What you'll do:
Design and Development: Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
Implementation: Lead the implementation of GRC solutions, including creating workflows, forms, and reports to support governance, risk, and compliance processes.
Integration: Integrate ServiceNow GRC modules with other systems and applications as needed to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, compliance, and risk management teams, to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices, recommending enhancements and improvements to existing GRC solutions.
What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years experience as a ServiceNow Engineer with a focus on GRC modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflows, and data integration. Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and Rest URLs.
  • Build system integrations using Integration Hub and Rest API
  • Proficient with JavaScript, XML, JSON, Java
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • Experience with GRC implementation
  • ServiceNow Certified GRC implementation Specialist

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
