Job Description

CyberSource Corporation, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. SW Engineer (multiple openings) in Bellevue, WA to:

• Work on a team tasked with projects ranging from building full stack development of REST Service APIs, Back-end Batching applications, and Web Front-End User Interfaces that are highly functional, secure, scalable, and robust.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle from start (gathering requirements) to finish (release into production).
• Write optimized, secure, functional and scalable code, and performance tune results.
• Produce unit level test cases in accordance with domain standards using provided tools.
• Provide proper estimates for work. Partner closely with other teams to produce an application that flows seamlessly and works intuitively with our merchants.
• Implement and optimize machine learning chatbots to enhance the user experience for our merchants, ensuring the chatbots are responsive, accurate, and capable of handling a wide range of user queries.
• Position reports to the Employer’s Bellevue, WA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr. SW Engineer-related occupation.
• Object-Oriented Languages: Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML5, Saas, or CSS. 
• Server-side web application framework: Spring, Node.js, or ASP.Net MVC, 
• Authentication and Authorization standards: OAuth and SAML.
• Designing and building RESTful APIs.
• React, Redux and React UI.
• Angular JS.

Additional Information

Worksite: Bellevue, WA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $137,259.00.00 USD to $164,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
