About The Role:


We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our talented team and make a significant impact on our product portfolio. As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences. You will play a crucial role in shaping the design vision for our new PushPress platform. The ideal candidate is a world-class designer who can combine strategic design vision while being hands-on with design work.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end design process for key features across our product suite
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align design with product strategy and technical feasibility
  • Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design improvements
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring new ideas to life
  • Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across our products
  • Advocate for design thinking and user-centric strategies in product decisions

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or consumer apps
  • Expertise in end-to-end product design, from research and ideation to execution and iteration
  • Strong UX and UI design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Experience building and maintaining comprehensive design systems
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design patterns and techniques to enhance user experiences
  • Mastery of modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
