We are seeking a tenacious Sr. Marketing Manager, Programs & Campaigns team member to join our Community & Customer Marketing team, who loves evangelizing a disruptive, new marketing community and wants to be part of a powerhouse, growing, hard-working team. What You'll Do

  • Lead the flawless strategy and execution of Highspot’s marquee user campaigns and events – large and small – that will improve customer engagement, retention, expansion and overall health of our customer accounts. 
  • Drive significant business impact through these user campaigns and events – including a renewal influence target, a cross-sell target, a customer adoption and active usage target.
  • Partner with key executive leaders and stakeholders across the organization to align event objectives and results to critical business strategy.
  • Strong ability to connect quantitative and qualitative insights and analysis from events and campaigns to continuously strive to optimize and improve these investments. 
  • Drive promotional activities across a broad range of marketing channels, including advertising, social media, email, direct mail, webinars, and more.
  • Collaborate across the marketing, field, operations and enablement teams to ensure alignment on customer marketing programs and campaigns. 

Your Background

  • At least 6-8 years of prior marketing, demand gen, field marketing, or event based experience.
  • Team player with a strong desire to learn and an ambitious professional drive.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and make firm deadlines. 
  • Creative problem-solver with a desire to assist in end-to-end execution of events. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong experience with marketing computer software and online applications. Required experience with Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Advertising, and account-based advertising platforms.
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
  • Requires 2-days/week in-office at the Highspot Seattle Headquarters.

Base salary range: $118,000 - $204,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.


The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
