As the leader of our in-house SEO team, you will drive the end-to-end strategy, innovation, and performance of all SEO initiatives—with a sharp focus on accelerating organic visibility and growth across both established and emerging platforms. You will lead a high-performing team of experts across content strategy, technical SEO, AI-powered optimization, and data analytics, championing a modern and scalable SEO program that adapts to the dynamic digital landscape.
In this role, you will blend deep SEO knowledge with AI innovation and leadership acumen, crafting future-ready strategies that extend beyond traditional web search to voice, visual, social, and predictive search channels. You’ll collaborate closely with partners in PR, Product, Technology, Media, and Digital Channel Management to align efforts, amplify outcomes, and embed SEO into every layer of our digital ecosystem.
As both a visionary and a doer, you’ll evaluate emerging technologies, automate and scale core capabilities, and define measurable business value through clear KPIs and dashboards—positioning SEO as a core lever for brand growth, discoverability, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional SEO team spanning content, technical SEO, and AI/automation, driving collaboration, experimentation, and measurable impact.
- Develop and communicate a holistic SEO strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and the evolving search landscape—including search engines, voice platforms, social discovery engines, and generative AI tools.
- Evangelize the business value of SEO across the organization, articulating its contribution to growth, customer satisfaction, and digital performance through executive-ready reporting and storytelling.
- Build a best-in-class SEO tech stack that leverages AI and automation to scale keyword research, content optimization, technical audits, and competitor monitoring.
- Own and evolve SEO KPIs and performance dashboards to deliver actionable insights and drive accountability across all channels.
- Identify and address complex SEO challenges, rapidly deploying scalable solutions in areas such as schema implementation, page speed, crawlability, JavaScript rendering, and indexation.
- Lead hiring, coaching, and development of SEO talent, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
- Actively contribute to key initiatives such as new content launches, site migrations, CMS enhancements, and real-time search opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of SEO leadership experience, including managing technical and content teams within high-scale digital or e-commerce environments.
- Proven track record of driving SEO growth through content strategy, technical enhancements, and cutting-edge innovation.
- Hands-on expertise in technical SEO, including schema markup, JavaScript frameworks, Core Web Vitals, and server-side rendering.
- Fluency with modern SEO tools and platforms, including GSC, Screaming Frog, SEO Clarity, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics, and emerging AI tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to measure performance, surface insights, and drive decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of the evolving search landscape, including social search, voice search, visual search, and AI-generated experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
