As a Senior HR Technology Analyst, you'll provide support to the development and maintenance of various technology applications by gathering requirements, creating complex queries/reports, creating complex SQL statements, conducting analysis, and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle HelpDesk. You'll be responsible for creating test scripts, executing testing, working with the development team to troubleshoot issues, identifying solutions, and supporting the implementation of system resolutions. WHAT OUR SENIOR HR TECHNOLOGY ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

  • Creating complex queries using Oracle HCM Cloud query tools and SQL for data metrics, data validation, and surveys
  • Serving as support to SOX compliance audit initiatives
  • Supporting systematic upgrade efforts for Oracle HCM Cloud modules to include design, configuration, testing and implementation
  • Configuring core Oracle HCM Cloud module tables to meet user requests or organizational changes
  • Responsible for leading year-end cyclical processes specific to assigned responsibilities
  • Documenting and delivering systems-related training to various levels of the organization
  • Creating test scripts for execution during unit testing and system integration testing that are based on the functional specifications for change requests

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience working in a HR technology or analytical role 5+ years
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent related work experience
  • Technical skills: Experience in data mining, data validation and analysis. Experience in continuous process improvement, including technology upgrades and implementation. SQL Knowledge. Oracle HCM Cloud. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. Understanding and demonstrated application of SDLC and project methodology
  • Skills: Organizational skills and orientation to detail. Customer service orientation. Strategic thinking skills with experience developing and implementing solutions to issues. Proven analytical capacity and communication skills. Facilitator, skilled at leading projects and initiatives
  • Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can adhere to established processing timeframes and make decisions independently. Can effectively interact, partner and influence staff in various levels of the organization. Can work on multiple projects with shifting priorities. Can anticipate problems, respond accordingly, and work independently


Preferred Education
SQL and Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred
Preferred Related Work Experience
Experience with HCM implementations and system integrations is a plus
