Our opportunity:

Automation Anywhere is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Director, Field & Partner Marketing to lead field marketing initiatives across North and Latin America. In this role, you will drive impactful marketing programs that strengthen customer engagement, empower sales teams, and maximize market influence through strategic partnerships.

As the Senior Director, Field & Partner Marketing, you will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that directly support sales goals and accelerate pipeline growth. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales dynamics, strong leadership skills, and the ability to craft compelling, locally relevant marketing programs that resonate with diverse audiences.

Remote role - ability to work within any U.S time zone

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies that directly support sales objectives across the Americas, with special emphasis on creating programs that resonate in both North and Latin American markets
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing field marketing team, fostering a culture of sales alignment, revenue focus, and measurable results
  • Designing and implementing integrated field marketing programs that support key sales plays and initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing activities and sales motions
  • Orchestrating high-impact field events including:  Executing roundtables and C-level engagement programs, Industry-specific seminars and solution showcases, sales-driven customer workshops and technical deep dives, regional roadshows and field events, customer advisory boards 
  • Collaborating with the Partner Marketing team to leverage partner relationships and incorporate partner solutions into field marketing programs where strategically valuable
  • Collaborating with our account-based marketing (ABM) team and programs that align with sales territory plans and target account strategies
  • Establishing measurement frameworks and KPIs that demonstrate marketing's impact on pipeline generation, sales velocity, and revenue outcomes 
  • Owning the regional field marketing budget and resource allocation, ensuring optimal ROI across different markets while managing P&L responsibility for marketing programs
  • Driving localization strategy for field marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and market appropriateness across the region

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree preferred 
  • 12+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 8 years in field marketing 
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading field marketing teams 
  • Proven experience in enterprise technology marketing 
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus 
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and marketing's role in supporting sales success 
  • Track record of successfully developing and executing field marketing strategies across diverse markets

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and cycles 
  • Excellence in field event planning and execution 
  • Outstanding program management capabilities 
  • Proven ability to align marketing activities with sales objectives 
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience 
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish 
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (especially Salesforce) 
  • Data-driven approach to measuring marketing impact 
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills 

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $255,000 – $270,000 and outside of those locations is $245,000 – 260,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
