  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid media, ABM and content marketing.
  • Own and scale YCharts' ABM strategy to target Enterprise, Institutional, and Key Partner accounts.
  • Refine lead scoring and intent-based targeting to prioritize high-value prospects.
  • Oversee paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads, retargeting) to drive acquisition.
  • Collaborate with our SEO Manager to integrate demand-generation campaigns with organic growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales on strategies to monetize advertising and sponsorship opportunities.

Conversion Optimization & Sales Alignment

  • Optimize trial conversion strategies by reducing friction, improving onboarding, and enhancing product-led growth campaigns.
  • Lead A/B testing for messaging, landing pages, signature banners and ad creatives to drive higher engagement and revenue impact.

Marketing Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Measure and report on KPIs (MQL growth, engagement, pipeline acceleration) to optimize marketing investments.
  • Work with Marketing Ops to develop a growth marketing dashboard that provides real-time insights on lead generation, engagement scoring, and sales funnel performance.

Marketing Leadership & Team Development

  • Manage and develop a growth marketing team, leading two direct reports (1 in position, 1 to be hired).

Qualifications and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing marketing teams.
  • Strong writer and editor, with experience crafting compelling email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and sales enablement content tailored to financial advisors and asset managers.
  • Proven success in scaling pipeline growth through paid media, SEO, organic, and ABM strategies.
  • Experience with lead scoring and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn ABM, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention strategies.
  • Experience with product-led growth, free trials, onboarding, and adoption campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success to drive full-funnel marketing impact.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
