Job Title: Senior Consultant, Analytics

Compensation: $80,000 to $110,000

Location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin

Adswerve is looking for a Senior Consultant, Analytics to join the Analytics Services Team! The ideal candidate must have strong Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementation experience, or equivalent experience in similar platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Tealium Tag Management System. This position will lead and complete tasks for specific project, team, or client work. This person will demonstrate strong mentorship skills, mentoring others within their teams and providing guidance on projects as needed.

This position will spend 65% of their time on client interactions, 5% mentoring, 20% on Training and Development, and 10% on internal work.

Responsibilities

  • Tactically and strategically complete implementations of Google Analytics using Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems for clients with minimal oversight and lead client engagements from the implementation and analysis perspective
  • Digest Client implementations and data to determine conclusions or methods for solutions.
  • Lead larger client projects, connecting various moving parts to other technical solutions or tools
  • Interacts with clients with a proactive approach, thinking of other tools or solutions as needed and ensuring there’s always another project to consider next and all tactical pieces fit into a larger growth trajectory
  • Spearheads assigned tasks, rarely requiring assistant to complete deliverables
  • Participate in team interviews and make recommendations as to hiring of new team members and advancement of current team members
  • Mentor assigned Consultants,, frequently appraising their work output for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field
  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and one or more equivalent tools (Adobe Analytics, Tealium, etc)
  • Project management and technical analytics implementation experience
  • Proven client communication skills, leading projects and acting as the main point of contact
  • Data visualization (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms)
  • Experience working with other technical marketing platforms (e.g., Website Architecture, Customer Data Platforms (Segment, Tealium), Mobile Apps, Consent Management, Adobe Analytics, Looker) and / or cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a strong plus.

This position pays a base salary of $80,000 to $110,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
