As a Solutions Engineering Lead (Pre-sales), you will play a pivotal role in driving our customer engagements and leading a team of skilled professionals to deliver technical excellence. You will combine technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to ensure customers achieve the best outcomes on their observability and security journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales professionals, fostering growth and driving both individual and team success.
  • Strategize with account executives to navigate complex technical sales cycles successfully.
  • Conduct impactful presentations and demonstrations tailored to diverse personas, from engineers to C-suite executives.
  • Oversee Proof of Concepts (POCs), ensuring alignment with customer success metrics and seamless technical integration for customer environments.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address customer challenges and enhance product offerings.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, positioning Coralogix as a thought leader in observability.



Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years in customer-facing technical roles, including pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical architecture.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing technical teams in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical architecture, with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven expertise in technical integrations and POC delivery.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python).
  • Solid understanding of observability, log management, APM, RUM, and SIEM.
  • Background in Engineering/DevOps is a plus.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Ability to design and implement tailored solutions, such as integrating OpenTelemetry with existing monitoring systems, to address diverse operational needs.

Compensation and rewards

  • The on-target earnings range for this role is $220,000-$300,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
  • Our total compensation package includes comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for healthcare, dental, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid sick time and paid time off.
