The Opportunity 

At Incode, we are redefining identity verification and security through AI-driven solutions that empower organizations to secure and simplify customer and employee interactions. Our Workforce product offers a powerful biometric and fraud detection platform designed to secure sensitive interactions in high-security environments. We’re seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity to support the Workforce product, helping clients integrate and implement advanced solutions. 

As part of a collaborative team spanning Sales, Product, and Engineering, you’ll be the trusted guide for clients, leading them through technical integrations and ensuring they gain maximum value from Workforce. 

 

Responsibilities 

Technical Expertise & Client Guidance 

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Workforce integrations with IAM systems (currently Okta, Microsoft Entra, Ping, Duo) and other tools within the IT Security Stack, guiding clients through technical requirements and potential roadmap developments.
  • Lead technical discovery, qualification, and solution scoping for Workforce integrations.
  • Educate clients on Workforce’s fraud prevention capabilities and how they enhance existing IAM systems and their IT Security Stack.
  • Own technical proposals and POCs for the Workforce product, ensuring alignment with clients’ IAM and security needs.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless handovers and optimal client experiences post-sales. 

 Integration and Implementation 

  • Act as a technical consultant, guiding clients through complex Workforce integrations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and streamline integration processes to ensure seamless testing, POC and client onboarding. 

 Knowledge Sharing & Product Collaboration 

  • Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts, ensuring that Workforce documentation is accurate, current, and reflects the latest developments.
  • Work closely with the Workforce team, sharing insights from client interactions to help shape the product roadmap and identify new use cases and opportunities.
  • Collaborate internally to quantify emerging use cases and inform product enhancements. 

 

Requirements 

Education & Experience

  • BS in Systems Engineering , Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working as an IT Engineer specializing in IAM systems and integrations (e.g., Okta, Ping, Microsoft Entra, Azure) 

 

Technical Skills 

  • Deep expertise in IAM and cybersecurity, with hands-on experience integrating digital identity solutions.
  • Proven understanding of IAM systems and security protocols, with a strong focus on client-centered solutions and seamless integration.
  • Nice to have - Hands-on experience with web platforms and API connections. 

 

Interpersonal & Analytical Skills 

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to demystify technical details for clients and stakeholders.
  • A consultative approach, capable of understanding complex client needs and recommending tailored Workforce solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both with clients and internal teams, to drive successful technical engagements.
