Software Development Engineer I - Digital Experience

Qualtrics is seeking Software Engineers with experience building and shipping elegant, performant and accessible web experiences! You will work directly with Product managers, UX designers and other engineering teams in building elegant solutions to solve hard customer problems. How You’ll Grow

As a Software Engineer at Qualtrics, you should love building simple solutions to solve hard customer use cases or engineering scalability problems, designing systems in an agile environment to withstand hyper growth and owning quality from end to end. You will work with design and product teams to understand needs, propose features, create early prototypes, and transform them into exciting end-user features. 

 Things You’ll Do 

• Develop scalable, performant, accessible, and robust web-based solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance.
• Work closely with and incorporate feedback from other engineers, tech-ops, UX designers, researchers, and product managers.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to your customers.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

• Experience using React, Typescript
• Experience with Cloud technologies
• Experience creating data analytics or data visualizations to enhance user experience.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures and coding background
• Experience with continuous delivery, git, test automation and build/deploy systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 0-2 years working in a full-stack or frontend-focused engineering position

Our Digital Experience team owns the Frontend of these products and builds functionality that helps customers set up their digital CX programs, and derive quick, advanced statistics-based insights from the data collected. Our team focuses on delivering high-quality, easy-to-use, accessible, beautiful UI that makes our digital CX programs easy to set up and program insights fast and intuitive.
