Senior Software Engineer, Employee Experience - Seattle

Things You’ll Do

  • Develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers
  • Build and implement new features based on provided requirements and specifications to drive maximum performance for our customers
  • Collaborate with team members and prioritize features with a sense of urgency to deliver value effectively
  • Engage with different teams within the organization, focusing on back-end development, front-end reporting visualizations, third-party integrations, and full-stack project orchestration
  • Apply strong algorithms, data structures, and coding skills to solve challenges within your team

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 5+ years of relevant experience    
  • Strong algorithms, data structures and coding background
  • Experience with professional software engineering practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documents)
  • Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
