The Services Product Manager will develop and manage service offerings, enhance customer experiences, and work cross-functionally to launch new services at Dynatrace.

Dynatrace is seeking a Services Product Manager, who will be responsible for developing and managing services offerings. Thisincludes working cross-functionally with various key stakeholder organizations to develop and launch new offerings, and continuously optimizing and enhancing existing offerings to meet evolving customer and market needs. The ideal candidate will have many years of experience working in similar roles at large SaaS or enterprise software companies.
Responsibilities
- Services Offering Development: Leverage services research on customer/market trends to design and create services offerings that delivers compelling value and business outcomes to our customers
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Orchestrate cross-functional engagement, including sales, service delivery, marketing, customer success, IT and others, to translate portfolio strategy into defined services offerings that deliver value in new ways for customers
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for services offerings including pricing, packaging, positioning, messaging and sales enablement to drive successful launch and adoption in the marketplace
- Collateral Development: Collaborate with field enablement and product marketing to build internal & external enablement, collateral, success stories and value propositions for each offering
- Customer Journey Mapping: Develop customer journey maps to understand customer experience with Dynatrace at each touchpoint and design services to enable value realization at each of those touchpoints
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback related to service offerings, and use insights to continuously improve and optimize offerings and customer experience

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of proven experience in services product management, marketing or business development roles within the software industry.
- 5+ years of dedicated experience with a focus on defining, developing and managing professional services offerings.

- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise software solutions, and market dynamics, with a track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable strategies and plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business impact and delivering measurable results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Independent self-starter who can work efficiently with general direction and keep large cross-functional teams motivated and focused.
- Intellectually curios and creative with a customer-centric orientation
- Some travel will be required but will typically be less than 25%
