Position Overview
As Senior Engineering Recruiter, you'll own and architect our entire technical recruiting function from the ground up. We're looking for a self-starter who can immediately establish and execute our hiring strategy while building scalable processes that will support our rapid growth. You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles across all levels, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop and execute hiring strategies that align with our growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successful engineering hires
- Demonstrated experience scaling engineering teams at early-stage startups
- Deep understanding of current engineering hiring trends, compensation frameworks, and talent markets
- Extensive experience recruiting across the engineering spectrum, from frontend to infrastructure roles
- Strong track record of building and implementing scalable recruiting practices and processes
- Experience working collaboratively with recruiting coordinators to optimize the hiring pipeline
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a talent for engaging passive candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the entire recruiting infrastructure from scratch, including processes, best practices, and metrics-tracking systems
- Establish comprehensive recruiting analytics and reporting frameworks to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with engineering leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with top engineering talent through proactive sourcing and networking
- Design and implement scalable recruiting processes that can grow with the organization
- Manage complex hiring pipelines while maintaining exceptional candidate experience
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes
- Mentor and collaborate with recruiting coordinators to ensure smooth interview processes
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in engineering recruitment
- Work directly with candidates to schedule and coordinate interviews – as we scale we will bring on a full-time recruiting coordinator.
