About the Role:

Remitly’s Identity and Trust team is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Trust Platform. This role will focus on building and scaling a foundational platform that powers workflows for identity verification, sanctions screening, fraud mitigation, and risk evaluation. The Trust Platform enables product teams to design and execute workflows that manage customer experiences and mitigate risks across our global business.

As the Senior Product Manager for the Trust Platform, you will define and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for orchestration, risk verification, case creation, and reporting tools. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and risk teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly platform solutions that meet evolving business needs. This is a highly cross-functional and impactful role within a fast-growing fintech organization. You will report to Sr. Manager of Product and work in a hybrid setting from our Seattle office.

You Will:

  • Vision & Strategy: Define a 3-year product strategy for the Trust Platform, aligning with company priorities and long-term business goals. Establish clear success metrics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, risk, compliance, and product teams to understand their needs and define requirements for orchestration workflows, case management, and risk verification systems.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Build and maintain a product roadmap that balances near-term delivery with long-term scalability. Prioritize features based on stakeholder input, market trends, and business impact.
  • Execution Excellence: Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality products. Ensure clarity of requirements, manage trade-offs, and address dependencies proactively.
  • Platform Enablement: Develop self-serve capabilities and tools that empower teams across Remitly to build and manage workflows for identity and trust processes effectively.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on platform or technical product management. Experience in risk, compliance, or trust-related domains is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering and scaling platform products, particularly those involving orchestration or workflow design.
  • Strong empathy for cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate trade-offs effectively.
  • Experience driving complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Ability to distill and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, aligning stakeholders on decisions.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $152,000 -$190,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
