We are looking for a talented individual…

Join our team as a Senior Operations Finance Analyst! In this role, you will act as a finance business partner supporting CPG program managers, providing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking to drive program success.

The ideal candidate should be located in the **Central (CST) or Mountain (MST) time zones**.

In this role, you will:

  • Works closely with program managers to analyze labor costs, as well as program budgets.
  • Assists with managing program data and conducts financial analysis, including forecasting
  • Conduct variance analysis & reconciliations to both forecasts and contractual program budgets
  • Acts as a liaison between Operations and Corporate Business and financial analysis organization to answer questions and research issues.
  • Assist in researching and answer inquiries and identifying potential solutions where appropriate.
  • Recommend and Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested. Interpret results and develop recommended actions.
  • Produce process documentation and identify downstream dependencies
  • Compile and prepare budget analysis and comparisons and provide insightful analysis with risk-mitigation recommendations.
  • Partner with program managers to establish key financial measures for business strategies.
  • Support management initiatives including process standardization and simplification, financial analysis, research and reporting.

  • 6+ years of applicable experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business
     

Compensation Range

$91,540.00 - $124,800.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
