Reporting to VP of Marketing Analytics, this role will be responsible for developing campaign performance, analyzing ROI and conversion metrics, and enhancing reporting/dashboarding capabilities using tools like Salesforce, SQL, Python, GA, and Power BI/Tableau. You’ll play a key role in streamlining reporting processes, optimizing marketing mix models, and leveraging data and building/leveraging ML Model to drive better decisions for the Marketing organization.

You will collaborate with marketing, strategy, operations, data science, and leadership teams to help optimize funnel performance, marketing resource allocation, improve customer acquisition strategies, and build a scalable analytics framework.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Thinking: Build roadmap for scalable analytics products (Dashboards and ML Models) to support decision-making and marketing strategies in collaboration with the leadership.

· Analytical Excellence: Develop analytical tools to understand and influence resource allocation, campaign optimization, and insights generation for executive leadership and practitioners.

· Marketing Optimization: Develop and/or manage development of Marketing-Mix-Model, generate insight/recommendations and develop scenario(s) for optimized resource allocation.

· Test Hypothesis: Generate Hypothesis from analysis and help develop measurement plans to test the hypothesis in real world environment.

· Story Telling: Present complex data insights to clients in an easy-to-understand manner, influencing strategic decision-making.

· Problem Solving: Own key analytics projects from start to finish, providing guidance to junior analysts and offshore teams.

· Collaborator: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies and measure campaign performance.

· Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Need for Success

Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field is required

Professional Experience:

· 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.

· Proven experience in marketing analytics (paid, affiliate, and owned) and AI-driven data analysis.

· Hands-on experience with marketing mix models (MMM)

· Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and experience working with Google Analytics and Salesforce data.

· Ability to analyze and validate Python scripts and apply ML concepts (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost, Regression Models).

· Strong background in reporting, data visualization, and performance tracking.

· Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau to centralize reporting.

· Strong presentation and communication skills to convey insights effectively.

· Some experience in SEO, Content Analytics, and SEM/Paid-Search, preferred.
