The Role:
Reporting to the Leader of Public Sector Marketing, the Sr. Manager, Public Sector Marketing will be responsible for the integrated marketing strategy for DailyPay's State, Local and Education (SLED) business segment. You will own partnering with business segment leaders and our sales organization to design and execute full-funnel demand generation programs to meet pipeline targets, leveraging inbound strategies as well as ABM tactics across target states and accounts. Experience working across matrixed teams and the ability to communicate and strategize with business leaders in a fast-paced growth environment is critical.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Develop the demand generation strategy and plan to support key marketing business objectives for SLED to meet target KPIs, working with stakeholders to develop requirements and engaging with cross-functional teams for execution
- Collaborate with channel partner managers on channel marketing strategy to scale reach and lead volume through digital campaigns, ABM and events
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders (Sales, Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, Studio, Mkt Program Leads) on campaign GTM strategy, and manage regular check-in
- Serve as subject matter expert for SLED marketing, representing marketing to ensure audiences and marketing strategies are properly reflected
- Create customized content: Work with stakeholders to craft a compelling content and messaging strategy that's tailored to the SLED industry and trends. Partner with product marketing and the DailyPay studio team to build and publish content for the appropriate audience and marketing channel
- Measure ROI: Compile and analyze plan performance and results. Adjust programs/strategies using data and sales feedback to meet target KPIs
- Manage budget: Adhere to agreed marketing budget, track all vendor invoices and align with finance
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of Public Sector marketing experience or related discipline, in a scaling team environment
- An entrepreneurial attitude
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Experience with marketing strategic planning & execution
- Demonstrated communication & critical thinking skills
- Fiercely collaborative, unapologetically competitive
- Experience using ABM, digital and email marketing tools
- Experience executing digital media campaigns

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
