The Role:
Dynamic Program Manager sought to join our team and drive successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs within our Product and Engineering (R&D) organization. Apply strong project management skills and Agile methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery within scope. This role offers a direct, meaningful impact on our mission's success by supporting us to bring innovations to life for our users.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent programs and projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Monitor and report on program/project progress
- Facilitate project meetings
- Build constructive relationships with stakeholders, including executives, based on trust, empathy, and accountability
- Partner confidently with product and engineering teams on complex technical projects
- Foster a spirit of collaboration and delivery in a highly dynamic environment
- Champion and educate on Agile principles and practices
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to manage projects and drive continuous improvement
- Expert level knowledge of Atlassian tools, specifically Jira (Jira, Jira Plans)
- Identify opportunities to improve program and project management processes and tools
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices
- Document and maintain program/project documentation
What You Bring to The Team:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Program Manager or Project Manager role
- Proven experience building positive, constructive, results-driving relationships with Product and Engineering (R&D) teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Expert level proficiency with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Able to influence laterally and vertically
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification is a significant plus
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
