We are seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to join our team. This role is critical in driving the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization, including our five business units. You will report to the Director of FP&A and working cross functionally with key senior stakeholders; this position will drive financial strategy while leveraging analytics to enhance business performance.

How you will make an impact

  • Lead aspects of the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across all business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align financial plans with strategic objectives, across all business units.
  • Develop and execute data-driven financial strategies that align with overall company objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analyses.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and other strategic projects.
  • Build financial models to assess the impact of business decisions and scenarios.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and actionable insights to senior management and the Board of Directors
  • Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, management consulting, investment banking, healthcare administration / finance, or other relevant fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare Services, Managed Care and/or FinTech industries.
