About the Role
As Voxel’s first growth hire, you will be the architect of our demand generation efforts across paid and organic channels, responsible for driving sustainable, repeatable pipeline opportunities. We’re looking for someone who has successfully leveraged data to drive growth and build the engine from the ground up. 

What you’ll do

80% of the time:

  • Experiment, iterate, and scale demand generation tactics that drives sustainable pipeline revenue (paid, SEO, content, ABM, web, marketing ops)
  • Drive continual improvements to KPIs including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, retention, CAC, and LTV
  • Own strategy and execution - even with external resources at your disposal, you’re the kind of person who can roll up your sleeves and make things happen
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering to turn data into revenue

20% of the time:

  • Build out our marketing data and tech stack to track, attribute, and optimize every step of the funnel

What you bring

  • Operating experience in a high-growth startup where you’ve scaled growth
  • Orchestrated growth for sales-led GTM strategy
  • Fluency in marketing to technical audiences
  • Proven track record of testing, optimizing, and scaling customer acquisition
  • You move fast, prioritize, and are obsessed with data-driven results
  • A STEM background
  • A builder mindset

The cash compensation for this person is in the $170K-$190K range. In addition to base comp for this role, we offer equity in the form of options, a variety of benefits, and the opportunity to grow in an exciting and collaborative environment.
