We are seeking a strategic Partner Marketing Director to join our growing team and help build the leading ecosystem in enterprise generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of partnership dynamics, strong leadership skills, experience in building partnership programs, and a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns– including integrated campaigns, events, webinars, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will have a knack for driving alignment across teams and building relationships with key stakeholders across Writer and our partners’ organizations.

🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies to enhance Writer’s brand visibility and drive revenue

  • Create a tiered program for partners, outlining the level of support and bill of materials (BoM) per tier

  • Support partner sales organization with pipeline-generating activities to drive lead generation and revenue growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on marketing goals and strategies

  • Plan, execute, and optimize co-marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, content marketing, and digital advertising

  • Coordinate and execute co-hosted events, both virtual and in-person that elevate Writer’s brand

  • Recruit and manage partner participation in Writer-led marketing initiatives, including role definition, briefings, and partner preparation

  • Track campaign performance metrics, manage budgets, and provide regular reports to senior management on the impact of partner marketing efforts

  • Proven experience in partner marketing, campaign strategy, and events, with a track record of successful execution and significant revenue impact

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech or SaaS industries, with a focus on enterprise-level partnerships

  • Deep understanding of the Enterprise market, including the buyer’s journey, key decision-makers, and industry trends

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging C-level executives and articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively

  • Expert project management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple high-stakes projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make informed strategic decisions

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach, capable of aligning marketing efforts with business objectives and driving measurable outcomes

  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster and maintain high-level partnerships

  • Proactive and innovative, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Passion for marketing and a keen interest in the power of strategic partnerships to drive business growth
