  • Deeply understand our buyers’ needs and journey to inform acquisition, nurture and conversion programs.
  • Own and optimize landing pages to maximize lead capture and conversion.
  • Manage lead scoring, MQL optimization, and sales handoffs to drive conversion to closed-won deals.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Content, Product Marketing and Sales Ops to align demand generation initiatives with business goals and sales priorities.
  • Manage marketing operations, including audience segmentation, lead management, marketing automation, and campaign assets.
  • Track, measure, forecast, and report on the full-funnel impact of demand gen programs—MQLs, SALs, pipeline velocity, and bookings.
  • Own demand gen for virtual and in-person events, ensuring strong attendance and post event lead process

What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with a strong focus on SaaS.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing high impact B2B marketing programs, including digital marketing, paid media, email and events
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo or similar), CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and lead capture tools
  • Highly data-driven, able to make strategic decisions based on performance metrics
  • Builder mindset, able to push effectively through complexity.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to rally a team around a campaign and goal

Bonus points:

  • Experience serving SMB audiences with high velocity sales processes

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
